It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere

Ingredients:

light rum - 1 1/2 oz
strawberries - 4
lime juice - 1 oz
lime cordial - 1/2 oz
simple syrup - 1/2 oz
ice - 1 cup, crushed
lime wheel - 1
superfine sugar -

Instructions:

Coat the rim of a hurricane glass with superfine sugar.
Place the rum, strawberries, lime juice, lime cordial,
simple syrup and ice in a blender.
Blend the mixture until it’s smooth.
Pour the drink into a hurricane glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
