Jell-O Shots
• This recipe makes 8 shots
• If you would like to reduce the amount of alcohol replace the vodka
oz per oz with cold water.
Ingredients:
- boiling water - 8 oz
- Jell-O - 1 package (3 oz)
- vodka - 8 oz
- water - optional
Instructions:
- Stir the boiling water and Jello powder in a stainless steel bowl
with a whisk until the mixture is completely dissolved. - When the Jello mix is at room temperature add the vodka, stirring
the mixture with a whisk. (Note: If you would like to reduce the amount
of alcohol replace the vodka oz per oz with cold water.) - Pour the Jello mixture into short shot glasses and place in the refrigerator.
Chill until firm and serve.
