Ingredients:

white tequila - 1/2 oz
vodka - 1/2 oz
Kahlua - 1/2 oz
milk or light cream - 4 oz
Coca Cola - 4 oz

Instructions:

Add the tequila, vodka, Kahlua, milk and Coca Cola to a shaker with ice.
Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds.
Pour the contents of the shaker into the rocks glass.
