1. Fill a highball glass half-way full of ice.
2. Add the Jack Daniels and peach schnapps to the glass, Stir well.
3. Top the glass with the blue curacao
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and olive skewer.

3. Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds.
4. Pour the drink into the glass and garnish with 3 espresso beans.
