Algonquin

• 1 ½ oz Rye Whisky
• ¾ oz Dry Vermouth
• ¾ oz Pineapple Juice

Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the rye whisky, dry vermouth and pineapple juice to the shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously for 5 to 10 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
