Dragon’s Breath

• ½ oz Baileys
• ½ oz Goldschlager
• Splash of 151 Proof Rum
• Cinnamon

Pour the Baileys into a shot glass. Layer the Goldschlager over the back of a barspoon onto the surface of the Baileys. Slowly pour the 151 proof rum on top of the drink. Set the surface of the drink ablaze with a lighter and sprinkle with cinnamon. The drinker extinguishes the shooter by placing an empty rocks glass over the flames. Wait for the drink to cool before consuming.
