Eyeball Martini

• 2 Radishes
• 2 Small Green Olives
• Any Clear Martini

To prepare the eyeball, carefully slice off one end of a radish. Carefully use a peeler to slice thin strips of the red skin off of the radish, this should result in white and red stripes on the radish. Using a small spoon or pairing knife, hollow out the center of the radish and carefully place an olive inside of the radish cavity. you may need to cut off the end of the olive so it fits inside the radish. Add the new “Eyeballs” to your favorite clear martini.
