French 75

• 1 oz Gin
• Juice from ¼ Lemon
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 4 oz Champagne

Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the gin, juice from the lemon and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake well for 5 seconds. Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled champagne flute. Add the champagne to the flute and stir the drink.
