Hot Apple Pie

• ½ oz Baileys
• ½ oz Goldschlager
• ⅛ oz 151-Proof Rum
• Sprinkle of Cinnamon
• Empty Rocks Glass

Pour the Baileys into a shot glass. Layer the Goldschlager over the back of a barspoon onto the surface of the Baileys. Slowly pour the 151-proof rum on top of the drink. Carefully set the surface of the drink ablaze with a lighter and add a sprinkle of Cinnamon. The drinker extinguishes the shooter by placing an empty rocks glass over the flames before consuming.
