Lotus Martini

• 2 oz Gin
• ½ oz Blue Curacao
• 2 oz Lychee Syrup
(or juice from the lychee can)
• ½ oz Grenadine
• 1 Sprig of Mint

Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes, add the gin, blue curacao, lychee syrup and grenadine. Shake well for 5 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
