Peach Colada

• 1 ½ oz Light Rum
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• ¼ Ripe Peach
• 1 oz Half & Half Cream
• 1 oz Coconut Cream
• 1 cup Ice, crushed
• 1 Peach Slice

Place the rum, pineapple juice, ¼ peach, half & half cream, coconut cream and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
