Pegu

• 1 ½ oz Gin
• ½ oz Cointreau
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• 2 dashes of Bitters
• 1 Lime Wedge

Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the gin, Cointreau, lime juice and bitters to the shaker and then stir the mixture. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
