Pesci Sour

• 2 oz Pisco Brandy
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Key Lime Juice
• 1 Egg White
• 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add the Pisco, simple syrup, key lime juice and egg white to a shaker. Shake the mixture well. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Add the bitters on top.
