Queen of Hearts

• 1 oz Cream
• 1 oz Half & Half Cream
• 1 ½ 0z Gin
• 1 oz Creme de Fraise
• 1 ½ oz Strawberry Puree
• 1 ½ oz Lime Juice
• ¼ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 cup Ice, crushed
• Strawberry

Place the creams, gin & 1/2 cup of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a highball glass. Place the strawberry puree, creme de Fraise, lime juice, simple syrup & the remaining half cup of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth. Slowly pour the mixture over the back of a barspoon on top of the drink. Garnish with a strawberry.
