Raspberry Daiquiri

• Superfine Sugar
• 1 oz Light Rum
• ½ oz Chambord
• 2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Lime Cordial
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 3 Raspberries

Coat the rim of a margarita glass with superfine sugar and fill with crushed ice. Place the rum, Chambord, lime juice, lime cordial and simple syrup in a shaker. Shake well for 5 seconds. Pour the drink into the glass. Garnish with three raspberries.
