Sangria

This recipe makes 10 servings

• 1 750-ml Bottle Red Wine
• 4 oz Red Cranberry Juice
• 4 oz Orange Juice
• 2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Apple, Cored and Diced
• 1 Pear, Cored and Diced
• 1 Orange, Sliced into Wheels
• 1 Lemon, Sliced into Wheels
• 1 Lime, Sliced into Wheels

Place the red wine, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir the mixture. Add the diced apple and pear to the wine mixture. Stir the mixture and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Just prior to serving, add the orange, lemon and lime wheels to the mixture. To serve, pour the Sangria into ice-filled highball glasses or wine glasses.
