Tommy Gun

• 2 Slices of Fresh Ginger
• 1 Teaspoon of Apricot Jam
• ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Jameson
• ½ oz Grand Marnier

Muddle the ginger, jam, and lemon juice in a shaker. Add the ice, Jameson and Grand Marnier to the shaker. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
